Macbee SUD, Jackson has violated the monitoring and reporting requirement set by TCEQ in Chapter 30, Section 290, Subchapter F on July 1, 2020, thru December 31, 2020, and January thru December 2021.  The required Lead Consumer Notice CWS TCEQ form 2068a was mailed out with incorrect monitoring dates. A notice has been issued to comply with TCEQ guidelines.  A copy of the information mailed to customers on the Jackson well system can be viewed under the IMPORTANT NOTICE TAB.  This is located under News and Notices Item on the main page.
