Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026 South Tower Maintenance Work Notice

On Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 8:00 AM, the distribution crew, along with a contractor, will install a 12-inch valve on the 12-inch water main. MacBee will need to shut down the South Tower during the valve installation. This may cause some customers in the South Tower Pressure Plane to experience low or no water pressure. Customers will need to take steps to ensure they have water during the valve installation. The crew will work until installation is complete. The following roads will be affected during the valve installation.
• South Fm 47 from Hwy 80 to Interstate 20.
• FM 2975
• Kaufman County Roads 347 and 348.
• Highway 80 West from the High School to the Kaufman County Line.
• Van Zandt County Roads: 3806, 3813, 3819, 3824, 3901, 3907, 3908, 3910, 3817
• Private Road 7809.
